Here are some pictures from the last few weeks. As I drove home today the Lord blessed us with a beautiful rainbow over our house. It is wonderful to see all the things that the Lord is doing.

Well, I thought I better update because I have people wanting to bang down the doors for an update. We went to the doctor and were able to see our little baby. Mark was able to feel HER for the first time tonight. Life is finally calming down a little bit. Report cards are done and I am looking forward to a relaxing weekend. There is a lot going on in the world and there are a lot of hurting people in the world right now. I have several friends who are going through a lot. My mind and prayers have spent a lot of time in thought for them.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

WOW!!! It has been a very busy break. So busy, I hope I feel relaxed Monday morning. I have really enjoyed my break though. But I feel that there is way to much to be done. We had a doctors appointment right before Christmas break and we were able to hear the babies heartbeat and Mark got to see the baby movie for the first time. Yesterday the baby celebrated his half birthday with Grandpa Gooch and cousin Ashley. I felt some pushing on my tummy this morning in two different spots this morning at two different times. I am not sure, but I think the baby was saying "Good morning, mommy." The baby received so many wonderful Christmas gifts from family and friends. Thank you so much for all the friends and family that have already blessed us. Mark has been working hard to help me begin to prepare the house for our transition. We changed around the family room and took out two big bookshelves out of the babies room. He is almost done the huge tiling project in the kitchen. We would both like for the grouting, sealing, and painting to be done in the kitchen before Mark leaves on his next project. (By the way hun, the kitchen looks beautiful, and I don't want you to leave, but I understand why you are leaving, and I am so PROUD of you! Thank you for all your effort to glorify God in everything that you do! You are a fantastic Pilot!) On Wednesday we find out what the baby is. After we know I think I want to paint the babies room like a meadow. If it is a girl I want to accent the room with sparrows and for a boys room use lambs. We will let everyone know the outcome of Wednesday. I hope that everyone had a fantastic Christmas, remembering why we truly celebrate Christmas. Have a fantastic 2010!

HAPPY THANKSGIVING!

Well it has been a few days since I have updated. But it was nice to have a little vacation. For Thanksgiving we went home to my parents. My sister came down with her very sweet boyfriend. It was so nice to meet him! My dad made me gf stuffing which I was really looking forward too. It was so good! It was so wonderful to spend time with family over the little break. On Saturday we went letterboxing and then went and played a crazy game of miniature golf. (There was a lot of cheating going on.) The baby seems to be doing well. I have been pretty sick since the car ride back. There was a lot of stop and goes. It would be really nice if the nauseous would let up a little. Friday was a fun day be cause we registered at Babies R Us. We picked out some of the bigger items that we would be needing. So overall we had a fantastic break! I hope that you also had a wonderful Thanksgiving! HAPPY THANKSGIVING!

Can't put the camera down!

Well I know I just had an ultra sound. But Mark and I have been blessed the have another one. The doctors are watching the baby close to make sure that it is getting all the nutrition that it needs. This means lots of pictures, and I finally got to hear the baby's heart beat. The baby is doing great and is looking forward to a weekend of grading and report cards. But most of all the baby is looking forward to eating turkey and GF stuffing with the grandparents. Little Stinker would also like for his daddy to come home. Thank you Lord, for the beautiful blessing that is being knit together in my womb.

Baby's First Picture

Well, I went to the doctor today to hear my little blessings heart beat. The doctor could not hear the heart beat. So she said that she wanted to do an ultra sound. The doctor did an ultra sound and found the baby right away. She referred to the baby as a he. I said can you already tell. She said no, thats just what I thought of first. The doctor showed me the baby and it was just moving like crazy. I have to admit, I had a few tears rolling down my face. I wish that my husband could have been there. The doctor tried to get a good picture, but the baby would not stop moving. I told her that was my Little Stinker. The picture is not to good, but the head is to the right. I was able to see a hand and Little Stinkers face. It was so wonderful to it. Little Stinker we are so excited that you are a part of our lives. We love you!

Not much to say

I really have nothing interesting to say. Today was a very busy day. My day started off very busy and ended with a faculty meeting. It will be a very busy week, but I feel like I am just beginning to get my energy back. I even got my parts of my kitchen put back together from the great remodel. Now I just need to dust everything, even my food. Tomorrow I am going to leave a few minutes early from math and head to my doctors appointment. I know that I will get to listen to the babies heart beat. I am praying that everything is okay and that the doctor looks at me and says everything sounds great and the baby sounds healthy. Mark has been gone almost two days I really miss him. I wish that he could be here tomorrow to listen to the babies heart beat. I miss you hun!
